By accessing or using Tenant Anchor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Tenant Anchor is a property maintenance management platform that enables tenants, property managers, vendors, and administrators to submit, track, assign, and resolve maintenance requests. The Service includes web-based dashboards, notification systems, file storage, and billing management tools.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Service supports four user roles: Tenant, Manager, Vendor, and Admin. Your access to features is determined by the role assigned to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or incomplete.
The Service is offered under several subscription tiers: Free, Starter ($29/month or $290/year), Pro ($79/month or $790/year), and Business ($199/month or $1,990/year). Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If your payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features and downgrade your account to the Free tier. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Tenant Anchor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenant Anchor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
